Setting the Date and Time on a Ubuntu Server

[Ad] need a break from coding?

The new VPS server we use for our MySQL backup service, needed it's date and time changing, not having done this before I have documented it here so I don't forgot the command line syntax in the future.

sudo date -s "5 MAR 2009 08:00"
